These are great for sublimation and can also be used with UVDTF, vinyl or just blank!
Not recommended for the dishwasher

Sublimation Suggestions
Mug press (temps will vary) 356 for 120 medium pressure 
People have had good results for 5 minutes in a press rotating every minute
Convection oven for 8 minutes at 385 rotating half way
